  I have been a customer for 13 years with my Jack Russell Harvey and also 2 cats. Harvey has multiple allergies and has been successfully treated with a vaccine. Wayne and Sylwia who have been his Vets for those years have been fantastic. With their professionalism and calm manner, it has made Harvey's monthly visits much better for him. The Veterinary nurses and receptionists are great and juggle very busy consulting times. Their pricing structure is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them for your pets.

  Lovely, lovely staff, spared time, listened to questions and history and gave excellent advice, despite being very busy - pre and post op for my pup. AMAZING minimal scar, which meant speedy recovery - which was handy as pup not good at best rest! No pressure/no sales pitch (which is why we moved from another local vet as lost confidence in what was suitable advice/treatment vs over-sold products/treatments.). Just GENUINE and CARING veterinary practice, which is all we want. Confidence restored! Thank you :) Long may it continue…..

  On visiting Alder veterinary precticr Bourne yesterday (29.3.16) I was more than satisfied as always with the treatment Wayne gave my much loved dog Tiny. The team at Alder are brilliant they are kind, caring, dedicated and I have every confidence in them when it comes to what is best for my animals. I would always recommend them.
